Clay is a way that people with varying abilities can be creative.
Many people including those with disabilities have no access to pottery workshops. By travelling to community groups, schools and care homes I can bring the workshops to you. The clay creations are taken away to fire in the kiln, eliminating the need for expensive equipment within your premises. Award-winning mobile pottery workshops based in Dorset, delivering inclusive clay, pottery and ceramics experiences across Dorset and the south west. With over 10 years’ experience, providing hands-on pottery and clay workshops teaching hand-building techniques that support creativity, confidence, wellbeing and practical skills. Working with schools (KS1–KS3), delivering curriculum-linked Art & design enrichment workshops, plus museums, memory cafés, care homes and community groups. Offering SEN-friendly, sensory and dementia-friendly sessions, heritage and archive workshops, staff team building days, tourist events and school holiday programmes.
